Two teams - One vision

At Tugende Together, we believe in partnership at eye level. Our teams in Austria and Uganda work hand in hand to achieve our common goal: quality education for children in Uganda.

Working closely together allows us to build trust, create lasting relationships and ensure a lasting positive impact for all involved.

Eye to Eye

Tugende Together is powered by two dedicated teams: Tugende Together Austria handles fundraising, run entirely by passionate volunteers, while Tugende Together Uganda takes care of day-to-day operations. With over 20 incredible staff members—teachers, social workers, cooks, security—and a handful of volunteers, we’re making a difference together.

School Fees

We pay school fees to give children the chance of an appropriate education.

School Materials

We provide essential school materials such as books, uniforms and stationery - everything a child needs to learn.

Healthcare

Health is the foundation for education. We make sure that students have access to health care in case of emergency to stay as well as possible in the education process.
